This policy describes the data processing currently built into the static Opus Prime Studio website. It must be updated if analytics, newsletters, embeds, accounts, payments or other services are added later.

Hosting and server logs
This website is intended to be hosted on Netlify. When you access a website, technical request data such as IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer information, browser/user-agent data and security-related request information may be processed in order to deliver the site, maintain security and diagnose technical problems.
The processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR where applicable. The legitimate interest is the secure, reliable and efficient provision of the website.
Netlify, Inc. is based in the United States and may process data outside the EEA. Netlify states that it participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and uses additional contractual safeguards where required. See Netlify's Privacy Statement for current provider information.

Contact by email or form
If you contact Opus Prime Studio by email or through the contact form, the information you provide is processed in order to answer your enquiry. Depending on the nature of the request, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for general studio enquiries and correspondence.
The contact form uses Netlify Forms. Submitted form content is therefore processed through Netlify's infrastructure. Messages are retained only as long as necessary for the enquiry and any applicable legal retention obligations.

Data recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by hosting and form infrastructure providers where technically necessary. Transfers outside the EEA are handled through the safeguards applicable to the relevant provider and service. No customer database, advertising audience or marketing profile is created by this static website.

Your data protection rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, consent can be withdrawn for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For a controller based in Berlin, the relevant authority is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Alt-Moabit 59-61, 10555 Berlin, Germany.

Changes to this policy
This privacy policy describes the static website setup as of 23 September 2026. It should be reviewed whenever hosting, forms, analytics, newsletters, shops, embedded media or other data-processing services change.

External social and marketplace links
Instagram, Cults3D, MyMiniFactory, Gumroad, Pinterest and Facebook are integrated only as ordinary external links. No content from these platforms is embedded into the page. Data is therefore not intentionally transferred to those services merely because you load this website. When you choose to follow an external link, the destination provider processes the visit under its own terms and privacy policy.
