Silhouette first.
If the model does not read at distance, extra surface detail will not save it.

Meticulous, technically minded and a little obsessive about whether a wargaming miniature actually reads on the table, prints cleanly in resin and makes visual and physical sense up close.
The story
Opus Prime emerged from a fascination with miniature design, creature anatomy and the visual language of dark science fiction. What began as experimentation with digital sculpting evolved into a studio dedicated to original, printable wargaming miniatures, vehicles, creature sculpts and character parts with strong silhouettes, readable anatomy and production-ready detail.
How Opus Prime thinks
Opus Prime talks about models like a designer talks about living prototypes: what changed, what carries too much visual weight, where anatomy stops reading, and what needs to be rebuilt before the model is ready.
If the model does not read at distance, extra surface detail will not save it.
Organic and mechanical forms need believable structure, even when the subject is fantastical.
Showing what changed—and why—is part of the Opus Prime workshop.
Final forms should survive tabletop scale, resin printing, cleanup, assembly, primer and paint.
Community
Opus Prime treats followers as fellow miniature enthusiasts. Feedback, print results and paintjobs are part of the process—not an afterthought.
